Mokrin House is located in the homonymously named village. Mokrin was founded as one of the stations of the Orient Express, used to resupply the steam engine of the famous train with water. Even though this Austro-Hungarian village is safely tucked in the quiet of the Pannonian plain it is better connected than it is to be expected. 3 major airports are only 2 hours or less away from Mokrin House – Budapest, Belgrade and Timisoara.
